RETURNS & WARRANTY
30 DAYS RETURN
Items purchased from RORO may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the item price for any reason.
Contact us with your order number to receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Returns without a valid RMA will not be refunded. Refunds will be applied to the original method of purchase.
- Items must be in new condition including all accessories and packaging.
- RORO will provide a free return shipping label for customers in the US.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- International orders will not be refunded for failure to pay import duties, taxes or fees.
- Refunds are limited to the total amount paid.
1 YEAR WARRANTY
All items purchased from RORO will be replaced at RORO’s discretion with the same or similar product if found to be defective in materials or workmanship within one year of purchase.
Proof of purchase is required and must include item(s), price, date of purchase, and seller.
Customers outside of the US will be responsible for shipping the defective unit back.
Warranties do not cover misuse, unauthorized modifications, external causes such as acts of nature or shipping hazards, operation outside of the intended use, or damage caused by accident, or abuse of the product. Neither does the warranty cover normal wear and tear, or damage to any non-Satechi product used in connection with the product.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Our warranty is subject to certain limitations and exclusions. Please note that the warranty does not cover the following:

Misuse or Unauthorized Modifications: Any damage caused by the misuse of the product or unauthorized modifications will not be covered under the warranty. It is important to use the product according to the provided instructions and refrain from making any alterations without proper authorization.

External Causes: The warranty does not extend to damages caused by external factors such as acts of nature (e.g., floods, earthquakes) or shipping hazards. These events are beyond our control and are not covered by the warranty.

Accidental Damage or Abuse: Any damage resulting from accidents or abuse of the product, including but not limited to dropping, liquid spills, or exposure to extreme temperatures, will not be covered by the warranty. It is essential to handle the product with care and follow recommended usage guidelines.

Normal Wear and Tear: The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear that occurs with regular use of the product over time. This includes cosmetic damages, scratches, or gradual performance degradation that naturally occurs with usage.

Non-RORO Products: Any damage caused to non-RORO products used in conjunction with our product is not covered by the warranty. We are only responsible for the repair or replacement of our own product as per the warranty terms.
